- How do I sign up for Inspection Manager?

All our plans come with a free 30 day trial, during which time we know you'll be convinced Inspection Manager is right for your business.
However, before you sign up you should choose the plan that suits you. The easiest way to do this is through our Plan Selector.
When you've done this, simply fill in our secure webform and let us know which plan you've chosen and we'll respond within 48 hrs. In the meantime, if you have any questions call us on +27(0)860 INSPECT .
Once you've signed up to Inspection Manager we'll confirm your plan and get a contract across to you. At that time you'll need to allocate the mobile devices you'd like to authorise under your licence.
We offer Inspection Manager for iPad, iPhone and Android – and each user can download the Inspection Manager app direct to their own mobile device. If any user doesn't have one of these devices they can contact us and we can sell them one at a great rate. We can also help your users get connected to a mobile provider or with any data or sim cards requirements.
- How can I pay?

The easiest way to pay for Inspection Manager is by direct debit from your bank account or from any major credit card. However, if you'd like to pay each month, we can accept payment by Master Card, Visa, American Express or Electronic Funds Transfer but we'll need to charge a small service fee.
- What does the set up process involve?

Setting up Inspection Manager is easy – and you don't need to install or download any software to your hard drive.
When you sign up your office manager will need to give us the details of the users they'd like to register, including their email address (which are used to log in to Inspection Manager) and their phone's unique IMEI code . The easiest way to give us this information is over the phone – just let us know he best time to call when you register through our secure web form.
Once you've given this information we'll set you up using remote access (no one needs to visit your office). We'll also show you how it works, including how to create users, permissions and property listings.
Users can download the app to their mobile device from the Android Store or iTunes App Store, or by using the link we send you when you sign up.

It's free to download the app from the app store but you won't be able to save any data – which means you won't be able to use it to carry out inspections. To save data – and use Inspection Manager as a comprehensive inspection tool for your business – you need to be an authorised user.
- Do I need to install any software?

No. Because Inspection Manager is a cloud-based program, you won't need to download or install any software.
However, each user will need to download the Inspection Manager app to their mobile device. To do this, go to the iTunes store or Android store or use the link we send you when you sign up.
