It's easy to modify the layout of the property you're reporting on with just a tap or a slide. Regardless of how big or small a property is – or how many bedrooms, bathrooms, loungerooms or entry halls it has – Inspection Manager has it covered.

All of your properties that need to be inspected come up in a simple to view format, allowing you to begin your inspection quickly. Once started, you can rate the condition of the property, take photos, and add comments, all from the one screen. Your progress throughout the inspection is auto-saved, and should you be interrupted (to take a call for example) you can easily return where you left off

Use your mobile device to take a quick snap, then simply tap your screen to tag it. You also get the chance to add comments so you can say exactly what you need to.

Inspection Manager is capable of importing all your properties from an excel sheet, so you can export from your current trust accounting or property management software, and save time by doing a direct import instead of manually entering one by one.

All your reports are stored safely on our secure online server and can only be accessed by approved members of your staff.

You can even choose which level of access employees have – so they get appropriate access depending on their role. And because we don't store any details of landlords or tenants you know there's no risk of data leaks.
