- What if none of the plans suit my business?

We also know each agency is unique – so if none of our plans suits your business you can contact us [through our secure web form] and we'll try to tailor a plan that suits your needs.
- Can I switch plans or cancel?

All our plans come with the offer of a 30 days trial. If you'd like to cancel Inspection Manager before your trial ends you'll need to let us know or we will start billing you.
You can upgrade your plan at any time and without any notice – just give us a call on 1300 22 88 32 or use our secure web form. If you'd like to change down a plan or cancel your plan altogether, we need 30 days notice from you (unless you're still on your trial period) and we need it in writing. The easiest way to do this is via our secure web form.
- Can I add storage or users without upgrading plans?

- Can I host my own data?

You can save reports onto your own hard drive but you can't host the data. That's because when we store it on our servers we know it's being kept in the most secure environment possible. We also know it's stored in the most cost-effective way for our clients.
